By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Engazly.com.

1. 🎯 Purpose of the Platform

Engazly is an online marketplace that connects vendors with customers, enabling the sale of goods through a centralized, commission-based platform with pooled digital marketing support. Our services are designed for users in Egypt, GCC countries, and beyond.

2. 🧾 Account Registration

Customers:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Must provide accurate contact and delivery information.

  • Responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

Vendors:

  • Must provide valid commercial registration and identity verification documents.

  • Must maintain accurate product listings and business information.

  • Are subject to approval by the Engazly Vendor Success Team.

Engazly reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

3. 🛒 Orders and Transactions

Customers:

  • Orders are binding upon confirmation and subject to product availability.

  • Payment must be completed using accepted methods at checkout.

  • Cancellations may not be allowed once the order is shipped.

Vendors:

  • Are responsible for fulfilling, packaging, and shipping orders in a timely and professional manner.

  • Must update inventory and notify customers of delays or issues promptly.

4. 💸 Commission and Payment Structure

For Vendors:

  • Engazly deducts a platform commission and marketing commission per successful sale.

  • Commission rates vary by product category and region (see Commission Policy).

  • Payouts are processed weekly or monthly based on cleared sales.

5. 💳 Credit and Refund Policy (For Vendors)

  • Vendors must maintain a refundable credit balance, determined by region and number of listed products.

  • This credit is used by Engazly to fund centralized marketing efforts.

  • Remaining unused credit is fully refundable upon account cancellation, minus any commission deductions from sales.

  • Inactive vendors may be removed following a review and refund process.

6. 🔁 Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

All return, refund, and warranty requests are handled according to Engazly’s [Return & Refund Policy].

  • Customers may request returns under specific, vendor-defined conditions.

  • Vendors must comply with the policy terms and respond within 48 hours.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the customer’s original payment method.

7. 📦 Shipping and Fulfillment

  • Vendors are responsible for selecting Engazly-approved shipping partners or managing fulfillment directly.

  • Customers must ensure that delivery addresses are accurate.

  • Delayed or failed deliveries may result in order cancellation and refund.

8. 📊 Platform Usage and Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Upload false, misleading, or defamatory content.

  • Sell prohibited items (weapons, counterfeit goods, restricted products).

  • Violate local, national, or international laws.

  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform.

Engazly reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, and report violations to the appropriate authorities.

9. 🔐 Privacy and Data Use

  • All user data is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

  • Vendors may receive customer contact details solely for order fulfillment purposes and must handle such data responsibly.

  • Users must not misuse or share any personal information obtained through the platform.

10. 📱 Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, designs, and systems on Engazly.com are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • Vendors retain ownership of their brand materials but grant Engazly a license to use them for platform marketing.

11. ❌ Termination and Account Closure

Engazly may terminate access to any account that:

  • Violates these Terms

  • Engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior

  • Remains inactive beyond a specified period

Users may request account closure by contacting support. All financial obligations must be settled prior to closure.

12. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

Engazly shall not be liable for:

  • Product issues caused by vendor negligence

  • Delivery delays by third-party carriers

  • Losses resulting from unauthorized access to user accounts

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

13. 🌍 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:

  • Egypt for users based in Egypt

  • United Arab Emirates or applicable GCC jurisdiction for users in the Gulf region

Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in the relevant jurisdiction.
