Your participation is secured by a refundable credit balance that acts as a security deposit. We handle the marketplace-wide marketing, and you pay a single, blended commission only when you make a sale. For our Pro vendors, we even provide dedicated, brand-specific marketing campaigns.

A: It’s simple and transparent. When you decide to cancel your subscription, your full, original credit balance is returned to you. The only exception is if your balance was used to cover a customer refund that you were obligated to pay (per your store policy) but refused to fund. Otherwise, you get the entire amount back.
A: The single, blended commission is our only fee, charged per sale. It covers everything: your use of the platform, all its advanced features, the mobile app, and your participation in our collective marketing program (or your dedicated marketing program for Pro vendors). This commission is deducted directly from your sales revenue at the time of your regular payout.

Marketing & Sales
A: It depends on your plan! Our Spark and Growth plans benefit from our powerful collective marketplace marketing, where your products are featured in large-scale campaigns promoting the entire Engazly platform. For our Engazly Pro vendors, we provide dedicated marketing campaigns focused specifically on your brand and products, managed by our expert team. This premium service is designed to give your brand a significant, targeted boost while still contributing to the overall strength of the Engazly marketplace.
A: Our goal is a win-win partnership. Since your credit balance isn’t being spent, you are not losing money on marketing. However, if your products consistently fail to sell over a defined period (e.g., one month), it might suggest issues with pricing, product-market fit, or listing quality. We may proactively reach out to discuss these factors. To keep the marketplace dynamic, if issues remain unaddressed, we may refund your credit balance and deactivate the listings after providing notification.
Platform Features & Operations
A: There is a key difference in the marketing services provided. All tiers (Spark, Growth, and Pro) get the same full suite of platform features and the vendor mobile app. However, the marketing approach is tiered:

A: Our vendors are responsible for shipping and fulfilling their own orders. This gives you complete control over your packaging, shipping methods, and costs. You must clearly state your shipping policies and rates on your store page.
A: Absolutely. While Engazly has a baseline policy to protect customers, we empower you to create your own detailed return and warranty policies. Offering customer-friendly terms is a great way to build trust and stand out.
Account & Financials
A: Engazly processes payouts to vendors on a regular, set schedule. Your total sales revenue, minus the single blended commission for each sale, is transferred directly to your registered bank account or preferred payment method.
A: Customer refund requests are handled based on your own stated return policy. If a return is valid under your policy, you are responsible for funding the refund. Engazly will only use your credit balance to refund a customer as a last resort if you refuse to honor a valid claim, in which case, you would be required to replenish your credit balance.
A: You can request to cancel at any time by contacting our vendor support team. Once your account is closed and all outstanding orders are fulfilled, we will process your final payout and initiate the full refund of your credit balance, as outlined in your vendor agreement.
